About LossStack

One platform for the people who work the claim.

LossStack was built to bring the tools property-claims professionals use every day into one connected platform — so adjusters, appraisers, contractors, restoration teams, public adjusters, attorneys, and other professionals don't have to piece their workflow together across a dozen different apps.

One login. One platform. One simple price.

The problem

Too many tools. Too many subscriptions. Too much disconnected work.

Property-damage professionals often end up using one app for photos, another for measurements, another for reports, another for scheduling, another for communication, another for signatures, another for weather, and another for claim documentation.

It shouldn't take a stack of disconnected software to work one claim.

Another subscription
Another login
Another place for information to get lost
More duplicate data entry
More app-switching
Higher software costs
More fragmented claim files

Why LossStack

That's why I built LossStack.

A note from the founder

I spent years working property claims and saw the same problem everywhere.

We were paying hundreds of dollars every month for different apps just to do the work. One tool for photos. Another for reports. Another for measurements. Another for scheduling. Another for signatures. Another for communication.

And none of them really talked to each other.

I kept thinking there had to be a better way.

That's what became LossStack.

I wanted to build one place where an adjuster, appraiser, contractor, restoration professional, public adjuster, attorney, or anyone else working a property claim could come and have the tools they need in one connected system. Fewer subscriptions. Fewer disconnected systems. Less jumping between apps. One place to get the work done.

LossStack isn't being built from the outside looking into this industry. It's being built from years of actually working claims, inspecting properties, writing estimates, documenting losses, dealing with files, and seeing firsthand where the workflow breaks down.

The goal is simple: give the people working the claim the best collection of tools possible, under one roof, for one straightforward price. And keep making it better.

Built for the entire ecosystem

Built for the entire property-claim ecosystem.

Different professionals may work different sides of the claim, but they all need better tools, better information, and a better way to keep the work connected.

Adjusters

Inspect, document, organize, schedule, communicate, and manage claim work — from the field to the office.

Appraisers

Keep appraisal files, documentation, narratives, reports, measurements, and communications connected.

Contractors

Manage property documentation, inspections, measurements, weather information, reports, and claim-related workflows.

Restoration Professionals

Connect field documentation, drying and restoration workflows, photos, measurements, reports, and project information.

Public Adjusters

Organize policyholder claim documentation, inspections, reports, supporting evidence, communications, and workflow.

Attorneys & Law Firms

Keep claim information, supporting documents, reports, evidence, contacts, and workflow organized around the matter.

One connected platform

One claim. One workflow. One ecosystem.

LossStack connects tools that would normally live in separate apps — so information stays attached to the claim instead of scattered across logins.

The tools should work around the claim — not force the claim to work around the tools.

Why consolidation matters

Less software to manage. More work getting done.

Fewer subscriptions

Reduce the number of separate tools and vendors required to run your workflow. One subscription covers the platform.

One connected claim record

Photos, reports, measurements, communications, documents, scheduling, and other claim information — connected, not scattered across apps.

Built for field + office

LossStack One and LossStack Field connect the people working behind the desk with the people working at the property.

Built from inside the workflow

LossStack is being developed based on real property-claim workflows, not a generic CRM adapted for the industry afterward.

What we're building toward

The operating layer for property claims.

LossStack's goal is to become the operating system for property claims — one connected environment for the field, the office, the property, and the claim.

That means continuing to replace disconnected workflows with tools that work together, while keeping the platform practical enough for the people who actually use it every day.
