Payment information — billing details processed through our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Communications — messages you send through the Platform or to our team directly.

To operate and maintain the Platform and your account.
To process Atlas measurement orders and deliver reports.
To provide Echo claim intelligence based on your claim evidence.
To process billing and manage your subscription.
To send transactional notifications related to your account or claims.
To respond to support requests and communications.
To improve Platform functionality and reliability.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information. We share information only in these circumstances:

Service providers — third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform (infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These providers are bound by data protection agreements.
Atlas measurement processing — claim property and evidence information required to fulfill a roof or interior measurement order may be shared with Atlas specialists.
Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and claim data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. If you close your account, we retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Contact us for specific retention inquiries.
