Accessibility at LossStack

LossStack is committed to making its websites and software usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We continue to improve accessibility across our public website and LossStack products as the platform evolves.

Effective and last updated: September 2, 2026

Our approach

LossStack works to incorporate accessibility into the design and development of its digital experiences. We use established accessibility practices and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as an important reference for improving usability and accessibility.

Accessibility target

LossStack is working toward alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA across applicable web experiences.

Accessibility practices

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation
  • Semantic page structure and headings
  • Form labels and accessible validation
  • Visible focus states
  • Sufficient text and background contrast
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Support for browser zoom and text scaling
  • Avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate meaning
  • Accessible buttons, links, dialogs, and interactive controls
  • Screen-reader-friendly labeling where applicable
  • Captions or transcripts for important media where applicable
  • Responsive layouts across device sizes

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. New features, third-party integrations, legacy areas, and complex workflows may occasionally present barriers. We review feedback and improve applicable experiences as the platform evolves.

Third-party content

Some third-party services, embedded content, maps, integrations, documents, or external websites are outside LossStack's direct control. We seek accessible solutions where reasonably possible and welcome reports about barriers in connected experiences.

Assistance

If you cannot access information or complete a task because of an accessibility issue, LossStack will work with you to provide reasonable assistance or an alternative way to access the information or service where feasible.

Report an accessibility issue

Email accessibility@lossstack.com. You do not need to disclose a disability. To help us investigate, please include when relevant:

  • The URL or area of the product.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Your browser and device.
  • Assistive technology used, if relevant.
  • Your preferred method of contact.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of LossStack's ongoing product-quality work. We welcome feedback that helps us identify and remove barriers.
