LossStack is focused on delivering a complete, production-ready V1 platform before expanding into new capability areas. This page describes what is available today and what is actively being built or planned for V2.

AvailableNative mobile app for on-site inspections, scope workflows, photo capture, field notes, and assignment access. Offline-capable with real-time claim sync.
Label — Photo Organization
AvailableStructured photo capture, labeling, bulk organization, reordering, and report-ready preparation from the field or office.
Claims Library
AvailableCentralized evidence storage — photos, estimates, reports, measurements, invoices, signed documents, and field records organized inside the claim.
Dispatch
AvailableAssignment creation, inspector directory, team availability tracking, assignment status, mobile notifications, and email coordination.
LossStack Sign
AvailablePrepare, send, sign, and track claim documents without leaving LossStack. Reusable templates, multiple recipients, signature tracking, and claim-linked audit trail.
Restoration
AvailableMitigation and restoration documentation — rooms, moisture readings, psychrometrics, equipment, drying visits, progress photos, safety notes, and completion reporting.
Build
AvailableRepair and construction tracking — job notes, materials, receipts, timeline, checklists, site photos, GPS time-in/time-out, and completion documentation.
Client Portal
AvailableSecure, controlled claim access for clients — overview, messages, shared documents, approval requests, and report delivery without exposing the full workspace.
LossStack Sign — Electronic Signatures
AvailablePrepare, send, sign, and track claim-related documents without leaving LossStack.
Narratives & GLR
AvailableTurn structured inspection data into claim narratives and General Loss Reports. Field data flows directly into Office narrative and GLR workflows.
Custom Reports
AvailableBuild professional, organization-branded claim reports from selected claim sections, narratives, photos, field measurements, weather evidence, and supporting documents.
Invoicing
AvailableGenerate invoices from claim or job information, track status, deliver by email, and maintain claim-linked invoice history.
Field Reference
