Invoicing

Create and manage invoices from the same claim record.

LossStack Invoicing is built into LossStack Office. Create invoices from claim or job information, track status, generate PDFs, and deliver to clients — without switching platforms or re-entering claim data.

How Invoicing works

Create from the claim

Pull claim and job information directly into a new invoice. Add line items, descriptions, quantities, and pricing. The invoice is connected to the claim record from the moment it is created.

Generate and review

Generate a clean PDF invoice for review before sending. Check totals, line items, and recipient details. Save draft invoices and return to them when ready.

Deliver and track

Send the invoice by email directly from LossStack Office. Track delivery and status — draft, sent, viewed, or paid — all within the claim record. Clients with portal access can view invoices through the client portal.
